Crufts success for Great Dane Bella

A great Dane from Hesketh Bank had a paw-some time at top dog show Crufts, when it won not one but three categor- ies at the world famous event.

Nia Pendleton-Watkins’ dog ‘Zefather What It Takes’ aka Bella, won Best Puppy Bitch, Best Puppy in Breed and Reserve Champion Bitch at the four-day international canine event held annually in Birmingham.

Bella won the titles in what was just her fifth- ever show.

A delighted Nia said: “Bella has won everything she has entered so far – she’s got what it takes and has been taking the Great Dane world by storm.

“Her dad won Best of Breed last year and we are hoping Bella can look forward to the same success in the next couple of years.”
