Crossens Is Set to Get a Brand New Post Office.

    By 26th October 2016

A new service will open up within Crossens Pharmacy on Rufford Road next week (Friday November 4) where staff will provide a serving point in the store next to the existing retail till.

Anyone handling Post Office transactions, including new staff, will be fully trained on all operational and service issues, including customer privacy to ensure they meet Post Office standards.

The current Crossens Post Office, also on Rufford Road, will close for the final time at 5.30pm on Thursday November 3.

Suzanne Richardson, Post Office Regional Manager said: “We are confident that this vibrant new-style Post Office at the heart of the local community will meet customer needs. This modernisation is part of a major investment programme, the largest in the history of the Post Office and will secure services for the future.”
