A southport firm is hitting the headlines for its work with apprentices in the resort.
Family run firm EFT Group are a construction firm based at Cobden House but have been honoured at a gala in London for their work with local youngsters wanting to make a breakthrough in the construction industry thanks to their apprenticeship schemes.
The double award win has delighted bosses at the firm.
A EFT spokesperson told OTS “EFT is also setting the foundations for young apprentices both male and female to develop the skills and knowladge they require to work in the trade.
While a huge amount of qualified students are leaving college and uni with not many career options available, EFT strive to become the pioneer for future workers in the Northwest, and to also encourage more women to train and work within this sector.”
