NHS Sefton is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 27 September 2012, and is inviting people to come along and find out more about local health over the past year and what it has done to improve it.
Everyone who lives in, or has an interest in Sefton will be welcomed at the event, where they can hear about the primary care trust’s work in 2011-2012.
This is the final full year of operation for NHS Sefton and the AGM is also an opportunity to hear about how the local NHS will be changing in the year ahead.
At this event you can meet representatives from South Sefton and Southport and Formby Clinical Commissioning Groups, the new GP-led organisations that will be leading local NHS services from April 2013.
There will also be a range of displays about local health services and copies of the NHS Sefton Annual Report will be available to take away.
Refreshments will be followed by presentations highlighting NHS Sefton’s performance and achievements over the past year.
NHS Sefton’s AGM takes place on Thursday 27 September from 2:30pm – 4:30pm at SING Plus Centre, 53 Cambridge Road, Seaforth, L21 1EX.
