Coffee morning to help mental health problems/loneliness

A Southport group which helps those who are suffering from loneliness is gathering national momentum.

Suzanne Sperrin from Southport heads up the NBLA Never Be Lonely Again group which has now reached thousands of people across the UK and supported them in their time of need.

The group are holding a coffee morning at Tipple Ainsdale on Thursday July 11th from 10am and everyone is invited.

Suzanne said “I am a moderator for a great group that is there for anyone who is or has suffered from any mental health problems/loneliness and many other issues. It’s called NBLA Never be lonely again. We have members all over the UK and some international. It’s real people, giving other real people friendly support. We hold coffee mornings, picnics, camping trips and much much more.”
