Churchtown Wedding Cars celebrates success at national awards.

Back in October, Southport wedding car company Churchtown Wedding Cars were nominated for a North West Wedding Industry Award.

These awards are purely based on customer feedback with an emphasis on value for money and going the extra mile. In November they were crowned North West winners, a truly amazing feat considering the new owners had only taken over 18 months earlier and now they hold the national title.

Churchtown Wedding Cars and their stunning silver cars have always been known for the personal service and attention for detail.

The cars are always spotless and the uniformed drivers are professional yet friendly.

After winning the North West Award Churchtown Wedding Cars were put forward to the National Wedding Industry Awards at the exclusive Café de Paris in London.

This annual event is the Oscars of the wedding world with hundreds of companies, in 26 fields, all trying to get their hands on one of the awards.

This year’s event was presented by Olympic silver medallist Roger Black.

The wedding transport category contained the 7 regional winners from throughout the UK and some really big names. So how could a small company from Southport possibly win?

These awards are based purely on what your brides and grooms think of your service.

They are approached by the awards committee and asked a series of questions about the reliability, cleanliness and condition of the vehicles.

They are also asked about communication throughout the booking process and how professional the company is.

Value for money is also discussed and again Churchtown Wedding Cars scored almost full marks. These days people don’t want to be charged over the odds and with 2 car packages costing less than other companies charge for a single car the Southport company has a new ethos. “With cars and service this good, why pay more?”

This year customers were also asked about specific things that they felt went above and beyond the call of duty and why they chose to book with Churchtown Wedding Cars instead of other companies. Obviously the majority of the responses were in relation to the cars but the friendliness of everyone involved also scored highly. Brides particularly liked that Churchtown Wedding Cars only do one wedding a day and that there is no limit to the number of journeys or time allowed for photographs.

Plans are in place for future expansion including new premises and different cars as the company goes from strength to strength.
