Churchtown Village was last night transformed into a winter wonderland, Friday November 27 2015

The weather was wet but never the less lots of people joined traders in a fun-filled day, with stalls offering yuletide delights, and there was fantastic entertainment too.

Festivities included fairground rides and a brass band, as well as an appearance by Father Christmas and his reindeer.

Children met Santa and his real-life reindeer, and joined in with their favourite carols, and grown-ups can indulge in some Christmas food and drinks.”Other features include a hog roast provided by Graham Eyes Butchers, mulled wine, mince pies and face painting.
