Thieves raided a home on Scarisbrick New Road on Sunday night and then used spray paint they stole to graffiti the letters ‘FTM’ on the bus stop over the road.

The thieves stole goods including children’s camping chairs, one pink, and one blue, among other items and spray paint, which they used to graffiti the bus stop opposite.

Home owner Steph Salton:

” We know it’s the same kids that are around here all the time but we need to catch them in the act.

I didn’t think my appeal to catch these people would have spread as far as it has. I would like to thank everyone for trying to help. It really does mean a lot”
