Car tipped over on West Street Southport

Resort resident Jemi Moore was left heart-broken this morning to find that vandals tipped her car onto its side, resulting in windows smashed the bodywork badly damaged.

The incident is believed to have happened in the early hours of this morning on West Street, Southport, Saturday 23 April 2016.

Caroline Cove on facebook said: “There are loads of cameras down West Street and Waverley Street – But every time there’s an incident the council claim they were unmanned…Seems a bit pointless!”

Merseyside Police has been made aware of the incident and CCTV is being studied
