Car crashes through garden wall causing rush hour chaos
Traffic is backed up along Cemetery Road, Southport this morning after a car smashed into a driveway (Thursday 4 October).
The pale blue Rover span out of control near to Duke Street Cemetery shortly after 6.30am this morning, causing huge delays on the morning commute.
It understood that one other car was involved.
Traffic was backed up as far as Ash Street junction and Liverpool Road after the Driver lost control of the vehicle and spun out, eventually smashing into a driveway and demolishing a partition wall.
Nobody is thought to have been injured in the accident but severe delays are likely as recovery crews work to remove the car from the road.
