Bypass shut both directions after serious RTC in Ince Blundell.

Police have closed off part of Formby bypass and emergency services are on scene after what a witnesses described seeing an horrific crash in Ince Blundell Woods , Friday 23 June 2017.

It’s believed two cars collided with each other on a single lane stretch of the bypass.

As yet it’s unknown the severity of the injuries the occupants of both vehicles suffered.

local diversions have been put in place.

Emergency services inlcuding fire fighters and paramedics are still on scene and its likely the road will be closed for at least another hour.
