Hoghton Coffee Lounge is an independent family run business, owned by local professional footballer Mathew Hudson and his family.
We will support local suppliers by sourcing the very best produce from them, to provide our customers with delicious perfection and a high standard of service.
Our aim is to create a welcoming, friendly and relaxing atmosphere to the people of Southport and beyond, where you can come to escape and enjoy our quality food and excellent choice of Coffees (Crosby Coffee) and teas. We also hold a drinks licence, so you can enjoy a tipple with your meal – wine, beer, or a liquor coffee.
Our staff are a vital part in the success of the business. Having worked with the previous owners, they have created a great rapport with their customers through their courteous, warm and attentive personalities, resulting in wonderfully loyal customers!
In trying to evolve with the times without forgetting traditions, we hope to create a very desirable place, with a terrific reputation for both its atmosphere and its menu. We also provide free wifi to all of our customers for anyone needing to get some work done, or just have some time to themselves.
For the convenience of local businesses, we will be introducing a lunch time delivery service for orders received before 10:30am.

We are soon to be introducing our evening light bites menu in the coming weeks which will be a different special for every night of the week, as well as this we will be serving a range of sharing platters including meats and cheeses. We also now serve afternoon tea.
