Boy racers abandon car on muddy beach

Boy racers who ignored warning signs not to take their car on the North side of Southport beach have found themselves in a sticky situation

Early morning dog walkers discovered the abandoned Peugeot stuck in deep mud just off the coastal road this morning with no sign of its owner

It’s thought the car had been abandoned after a meet up on the beach, a favourite spot for boy racers and their friends to gather out of sight of watchful eyes
