Over 100 people have died of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Southport with hundreds other thought to have passed away after being severely impacted by the virus.
Latest figures show 104 people have sadly passed away in Southport from confirmed Coronavirus while others have sadly passed away due to complications caused by COVID-19.
In Birkdale alone 19 people have been confirmed to have died due to the virus, the highest death toll anywhere in Sefton.
Southport Town Centre is second highest with 11 fatal cases.
