Biker hospitalised after Lord Street RTC, Southport
A biker has been taken to hospital following a harrowing collision on Lord Street, Southport (Sunday 2 July 2017).
The full extent of their injuries are unknown at this time.
The male biker was verbally responsive and conscious before being transferred into a waiting ambulance.
The driver of the car which hit the biker has stopped at the scene to help police with their enquiries.
Police and emergency services are still on scene on Lord Street and a diversion is currently in place to send traffic through Portland Street.
An update is expected shortly.
