A blue Honda was abandoned on Linaker Street, Southport this afternoon, Tuesday 28 February 2017.
A local resident told OTSNews.co.uk “It has abandoned in the middle of the road causing an obstruction to traffic!
The Government website indicates that it is untaxed and no MOT – it shouldn’t be on the road!
