Army commandos take control of resort site for virus tests

21st April 2020

Mask wearing territorial army commandos have rolled into Southport this morning to fight the Coronavirus.

The soldiers in full cammo gear have set up what appears to be a drive through testing site for Coronavirus.

OTS reporters approached one of the soldiers but was told that the service is only for medical and health professionals with proper ID.

Two cars were observed using the drive through system and being tested.

It’s not known how long they will be in town for.

OTS New have approached the NHS and Territorial Army for comment.
