Are you related to Herbert Quipp who lived in southport?

Dear OTS News,

I am searching for my grandfather who lived in Southport between about 1935 until his death in 1969.

He worked for the council as a clerk (I think) His name was Herbert Quipp. I would love to find any living relatives I might have.

I have found a Kathleen Quipp aged about 10 at Linaker St School in 1963. It is such an unusual name she may be related….
