Appeal for information after serious RTC in Seaforth

POLICE can confirm that emergency services are in Seaforth following a serious RTC this evening, Tuesday 18 February.

At 5.50pm, we were called to reports of a collision between a bus and a female pedestrian at the junction of Church Road and Seaforth Road.

The pedestrian was taken by ambulance to hospital in a critical condition. The bus driver stopped to assist with enquiries.

Officers remain on the scene to carry out an initial investigation and a road closure is in place in both directions. Please avoid the area if possible.
