Animal abuse video goes viral as RSPCA ignore fears

30th September 2019

The RSPCA has been slammed for not investigating after whistleblowing neighbours uncovered a horrific puppy farm in Milton Street, Southport.

Shocked animal activists say starving dogs and dead puppies are scattered across a residential property on Milton Street.

An elderly neighbour who lives close by says she has reported the homeowners for animal abuse but inspectors have done nothing about it.

An upsetting video of dogs, including one which appears to have died, has now been shared online and thousands of people in the resort are now furiously phoning the police quoting crime reference number 34293 to report the property.
