Photo: Alleged bike thief on Eastbank Street
This male attempted to steal two bikes from Eastbank Street last Sunday at 7pm (October 24). He was spotted outside the The Volunteer Arms, he went past 3 time on a bike which he left down Wesley Street. A witness reported that he took bolt cutters out of his coat and attempted to cut the chains but was disturbed and ran off.
Images have been handed to Merseyside Police.
