All games cancelled on Sefton football pitches this weekend

Sefton Council have confirmed that all matches due to be played on their pitches this weekend have been cancelled.

Due to inclement weather, all matches and training on council pitches this weekend have been postponed.

Sefton Council said: “Due to heavy rain and more to come, football matches on Sefton pitches are off this weekend.

“We will do our best to make sure that any lost matches will be made up at the end of the season”
