Emergency service were called to Limont Road, Ainsdale shortly after 10:00am this morning, Friday 1 April 2016.
Air ambulance landed to the rear of Segars Lane shortly after and transferred a person that taken a fall and sustained neck injuries.
The condition of the injured person is not known at the present time.
