Officers from Merseyside Police have been using unmarked Police cars today(Tuesday 24 January) to catch drivers using their phones while driving.
The van driver above using his phone on Preston New Road, Southport was arrested after failing a drug test.
The van driver on his phone didn’t spot them! Don’t use your phone whilst driving!
