Emergency services were called to the Marine Lake after a woman jumped off the north side of the Marine Way bridge, Monday 7 March 2015.
On arrival the casualty had already been rescued from the icy waters and was being treated at the scene.
The woman was dragged out of the water by a speed boat that was assisting with the rowing club.
A witness at the scene said: “The woman jumped off and people started to gather round.
One man entered the water but the water was to cold therefore gave up”
“Rowers were on hand, but the woman was resisting their help, they did a great job in helping her stay above water.
In the end a man in the speed boat dragged her out, by this time the emergency services had arrived”
