A Woman pedestrian has been injured after being involved in a road traffic collision on Cambridge Road, Southport, Saturday January 30.
The emergency services were called to Cambridge Road to an accident involving a car and a pedestrian shortly after 2.20pm.
The woman, was treated at the scene then taken to Southport hospital by paramedics.
The road was closed to traffic while police were on the scene.
The condition the lady is unknown at the present time, an update will follow.
