The cinema is great entertainment for everyone. With the summer approaching and the latest blockbuster movies coming out now is the best time to go. Weather you’re looking to see the latest action blockbuster like Mad Max: Fury Road and Jurassic World or for something you can watch and sing along to like Pitch Perfect 2 you can’t go wrong.

Kids

Kids AM at Vue cinemas is a great way to entertain the kids and experience going the cinema without breaking the bank. With both kids and adults paying £1.99 to see some great family friendly movies. Kids AM is movies are shown around 10am on a Saturday and Sunday morning, so if you want a comparably cheap way to entertain the kids this is a great way to do it. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water – U 

Mischievous pirate, Burger-Beard, has a magical book, and anything he writes in it comes true. Of course, he writes the most evil schemes imaginable, but soon discovers that the last page is missing, and only when he finds it will his plans come to life. The page must stay hidden for the sake of the world, and it is currently in the safe hands of everyone’s favourite absorbent, yellow and porous friend: SpongeBob SquarePants.

Cinderella – U

The classic story of Cinderella has been well-loved for many decades, and now returns to the big screen in Disney’s new live-action retelling of this enchanting fairy tale. Following the death of her mother, young Ella’s father, a merchant, chooses to remarry. Starting a new life with her new step-mother and two step-sisters, Ella does everything possible to live a peaceful life with her new family. But when her father tragically passes away, Ella’s place in her family takes a dark turn for the worst.

Mad Max: Fury Road – 15

The Mad Max franchise makes a dramatic return to our screens thirty years after the last film, Mad Max 3: Beyond Thunderdome. Tom Hardy stars as Max Rockatansky, the action man who makes his own way in a post-apocalyptic desert land. Water and fuel shortages are plaguing the world, and the people left alive have succumbed to a do-or-die mentality, and morale is totally broken.

Pitch Perfect 2 – 12A
