WATCH: Man threatened to jump from second floor Window, Southport 

Emergency services were called to Mill Road, Ainsdale, Southport this evening following reports of a disturbance, Tuesday 26 July 2016.

A neighbor said: “Police have a serious concern for safety of a man as he was acting erratically, shouting and hanging in and out of the window.”

“He eventually seen sense and came inside.”
