WATCH | Car drives along PAVEMENT to avoid traffic in Southport

This is the moment an impatient driver decides to get round a queue of traffic – by driving on the PAVEMENT narrowly missing a pedestrian.

The incident happened in Nevill Street, Southport this afternoon (Saturday 18 March).

The footage was captured on a dash cam and has been described as ‘taking impatience to a new level’.

The owner of the footage who wishes to remain anonymous told OTS News “I couldn’t believe it when I saw it, fair enough the junction shouldn’t have been blocked, but no excuse for that, the pedestrian could have been ran down”
