He’s in … He’s in….He’s in F@ckin Bin…………..!!!

When Southport entertained Grimsby Town on Saturday the away fans brought a carnival atmosphere not experienced for many a year.

The Mariners put four past a dreadful Southport when the sides clashed in the National league match on Saturday.

Grimsby supporters celebrated the 4-0 win at Haig Avenue in style.

One young fan clambered into a bin at the top of the terracing at the top of the away end and when he was in, the bin was placed on its side.

With a steward looking on at the bottom of the terrace, fellow supporter pushed the bin down to the bottom of the stand narrowly missing the crowds below.

The lad climbed outs as the Grimsby fans celebrated and heralded the young man.

Grimsby fans have hit the headlines for their away day antics more than once over the past year.

Supporters enjoyed themselves by jumping around with an assortment of beach balls, blow-up footballs and blow-up dolls.

The lad was allowed to stay in the ground as Southport have a lack of security to deal with such events.
