A business owner on Tulketh Street was unloading this afternoon when confronted by two Merseyside PCSO issued a parking ticket.

The business owner who asked not to be named said: “It’s totally ludicrous, these two gentlemen never even warned me. I pay around £13,000 per year into the Sefton system, in my opinion things like this are causing the town to fail”.

“PCSO’s should be working with community and business owners rather than causing a divide”.
