Viking and Saxon History on Merseyside

The latest talk, taking place at Formby Library on Tuesday May 9, will bring to life the history of the Vikings and Saxons on Merseyside.

Diana Goodier,  a member of the ‘Wirhalh Skip Felagr’ – otherwise known as the Wirral Vikings historical re-enactment group, will be giving a talk about Viking and Saxon life and the historical traces which they have left in the Merseyside region.

The talk starts at 2pm on Tuesday, May 9 and places are free but booking is essential. To secure a place please phone Formby Library on 01704 874177 or email Formby.Library@sefton.gov.uk.
