OTSNews.co.uk spoke with Eric Morris ahead of this weekends Victoria Pub Quiz in aid of Queenscourt Hospice and Southport Lifeboats, Eric said:”Myself and Steve Richards hold a quiz every other Sunday at the Victoria Pub in aid of Queenscourt Hospice and Southport Lifeboats. Start time is 8pm and its £2 per person to enter. 50% of proceeds of entry fee gets split between the 2 charities.

“Our next quiz night is Sunday 7th August then it’s every 2 weeks after.

“There are 60 questions including music round and picture round also we go round with a football card.

“Winner of Football card gets £20 and £20 of it goes between the 2 charities. Possible 90 points on offer.

“Winner of the quiz wins a meal voucher for 2 people including a bottle of wine and runner-up wins a bottle of wine.”
