UPDATE: Missing ‘Chico’ found dead

Sadly Chico an African Grey Parrot that went missing on Monday (May 30) has been found dead.

Kirsty Sperrin told OTSNews.co.uk: “I just wanted to update everyone. We went to slipway last night to put posters up and could here chico shouting in the trees but couldn’t see him.

“We left his cage out by my mums narrow boat incase he flow down.

“Sad to say My mum got a call today to say he was found dead in the carpark.

“Thanks for everyone’s help”

 

Missing parrot with a Scottish accent? (May 31 2016)

A southport family is appealing for the safe return of their African grey parrot after he went missing in at The Slipway pub in Burscough yesterday, Monday 30 May 2016.

Kirsty Sperrin is now urging people in the area to keep a look out for him.

Kirsty said: “My Mum has lost her African Grey Parrot.

“Chico went missing yesterday afternoon at The Slipway pub in Burscough.

“We were at our narrow boat and he got out his carry cage.

“He also likes a few swear words.

“He has a few feathers missing from his breast. He is very much loved. I am devastated, he is so precious to me.

“Please help find my boy.”
