A march took place on Sunday afternoon from The Leisure Lakes, Mere Brow, Banks to Gravel Lane Banks. The route took protesters along Southport New Road (Tarleton Bypass to a field off Gravel Lane. The campaigners,set up a mock fracking rig and replaced it with a wind turbine.
