Ugly Blue Hoardings come down at Southport Library

The hoardings have come down that surrounded Southport Library, Lord Street, Southport.  Contractors dismantled the wooden hoarding this afternoon (Thursday 21st March 2013) and are currently jet washing the exterior stonework and pavements outside the library.

The refurbishment overrun is expected to cost local tax payers about £200,000.

Sefton council would not comment on the matter.
