Pat Regan just picked up a ‘First place’ award in an international Pixoto Photography Contest with a macro shot which he took with his last Fuji (S4800) camera.
Not too bad out of 577 entries in this challenge competition …
This was pleasing as I always love taking shots of nature and particularly butterflies and birds…
It just goes to show that one does NOT need all the most expensive DSLR photographic gear to reach the mark with such challenges and that bridge cameras are banging the pressure on in such areas…
Before this win I manged a second and seventh place in other contests
This ‘Street Performers’ competition had 175 entrants.
172 entries were in the Winter Moons challenge ..
