Mr Ibrahim Uzun took over the business on 29th January was today delighted with the Sefton Councils 5 star food hygiene rating
New boss, Ibrahim said: “Wow, this is what we have been working towards. I’m over the moon and would like to thank my staff and more importantly all our customers.
“It is an entirely new staff and management; our kitchen is full of brand new equipment and countless hours were spent scrubbing and disinfecting.
“We have brand new suppliers, so while we are serving a similar cuisine, everything is much higher quality. Everything is fresh.”

Previous owner Mr Faruk Aydogan appeared before Magistrates on (Wednesday January 20) and pleaded guilty to failing to keep food premises clean and maintained in a good repair and condition, and for not keeping the equipment food came into contact with correctly cleaned and disinfected to prevent infection.
