Three more charged with conspiring to supply drugs between Merseyside and Scotland October 26th, 2014 jmr jmr Latest News Shares Comments Three men have been charged following their arrest in connection with a Titan investigation into a multi-million pound drugs conspiracy in the North-west of England and Scotland. Christopher Mark Welsh , aged 36, currently of HMP Dovegate, formerly of Lyndale Avenue, Wirral – charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and conspiracy to supply cocaine between July 2013 and Oct 2013. Paul Michael Mount, aged 30, currently of HMP Full Sutton in Yorkshire but originally from Whalley Drive, Aughton in Lancashire – charged with three counts of consp to convey prohibited articles into prison (cannabis, steroids and mobile phone). Jack Holt, aged 22, currently of HMP Forrest Bank in Manchester, originally from Cuckoo Lane, Prestwich, Manchester – charged with the same two offences as Christopher Welsh and the same three offences as Paul Mount. All three men have been questioned and returned to prison on police bail until their appearance before Liverpool Magistrates Court on November 11th. A further nine people have already been arrested and charged as part of Titan’s ‘Operation Kervella’. A tenth person has been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
