Three Men Charged Following Warrants Executed In North Liverpool

Three men arrested in Liverpool yesterday (Thursday, 28 January 2016) following an investigation into money laundering have been charged.

The three men were arrested along with seven others by detectives from Merseyside Police executing 14 warrants in North Liverpool. A cannabis farm was discovered during the execution of the warrants.

The three men charged are:

Adam Egan, aged 22, of Thomas Drive, Prescot was charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs

Jake Cieran Glenholmes, aged 23, of Chirkdale Street, Kirkdale was charged with production of cannabis, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, abstracting electricity and attempted burglary

Maurice David Dodd, aged 22, of no fixed abode, was charged with Section 39 assault and possession of a controlled drug

All three have been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court this morning.

Seven others arrested on suspicion of money laundering have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

They are:

A 26-year-old man from Walton

A 25-year-old man from Aintree

A 27-year-old man from Wavertree

A 17-year-old male from Kirkdale

A 29-year-old male from Kirkdale

A 20-year-old from Fazakerley

A 19-year-old from Walton
