Three car pile up Formby Bypass

The emergency services were called to the Formby Bypass (A565) at around 1.30pm following 999 call, Sunday 21 June.

One lane had to be closed travelling southbound.

Four people were assessed at the scene by paramedics and the injured taken to hospital.

Firefighters were at the scene for around 45 minutes.
