The brushes have dried out at a popular Southport painting emporium.

Paint Pots, based in the town centre, announced this week that they have shut down their centre near to Sainsbury’s, but promised disappointed residents that they still would be carrying out school visits.

Paint Pots was well known for hosting a number of events and welcoming exchange students from across the globe to paint Pots and crockery.

An emotional video tribute was posted to their Facebook page earlier this week.
