The Southport Lecture Society said:
‘After a great start to the season, our second talk of the programme is on Saturday the 15th OCTOBER 2016 at 7.30 pm ( the doors open at 7.00pm) admission is £1.50, just pay on the door, veteran Speaker Keith Hick is back to enthral & enlighten us with a talk entitled “The Cheshire Lines Railway to Southport 1884-1952”, this is sure to be an interesting journey, which will no doubt be supported by some great photography & presentation.’
