Merseyside Fire And Rescue Service were called to a fire that was started in unoccupied buildings in Hampton Road/Virginia Street this evening, Saturday 10 October 2015.
The fire was started in the unoccupied buildings in Hampton Road/Virginia Street at around 6.30pm.
A member of the public said:
“Kids use these buildings as play area. I witnessed them ride away from the scene looking very happy”
The blaze was quickly put out by firefighters, an investigation is underway.
Thankfully no injuries were reported at the scene.
