Step out for Stroke is a series of fun sponsored walks for the whole family. Everyone can Step out for Stroke, regardless of age or ability. Bring your friends, your kids or your neighbours – each event has a fabulous family-friendly atmosphere.
Walk your way
Most Step out for Stroke walks are about a mile long. You can walk at your own pace and in your own time. And whether you walk one step, 10 steps or the full mile, you’re helping us to support people who really need us. With Step out for Stroke you can set your own distance and we’ll help you to reach it.
Every step makes a difference
We’re the UK’s leading stroke charity, and we’re here for anyone affected by stroke. But we can’t currently reach everyone who needs us. We need your help to make sure none of the 1.2 million stroke survivors in the UK have to face their recovery alone.
