Plans have been put forward to Sefton Council for the erection of a single storey extension to the rear of the convenience store (Spar) and construction of a new shopper car park to the rear of 59-73 Alma Road after demolition of 59 Alma Road and outbuildings to the rear of the convenience store, including five new forecourt parking spaces and landscaping 59-73 Alma Road And 21-23 Liverpool Road Birkdale Southport PR8 4BL.
Birkdale Village residents today received letters informing them of the proposed plans.
