Samsara Thai has now closed, locks changed after horrendous outburst infront of customers.

A guest on the evening of Thursday 19th February revealed it all on trip advisor…

“First of all I must say the waitresses, chefs and manager were brilliant. I couldn’t fault them, so helpful and the chefs cooked the most amazing meal”.

“However the evening was ruined by the co-owner (Elle) storming into the restaurant and screaming at the staff in the middle of the restaurant in front of us whilst we ate our meals. She then continued into the kitchen and screamed at the chefs for a good 15 minutes, we could hear every word”.

“It was very uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. I don’t know the circumstances of what happened to lead to this, but the way the staff were treated was horrendous and especially in front of customers. When we said we weren’t happy about the situation and how unprofessional her behaviour was towards the staff and in front of customers, we got the reply ‘well there’s only 4 of you’s”

“I will not dine in this establishment again were staff and customers obviously do not matter. Whether we were a table of 4 or 40 the way she behaved was disgusting”.

“However I must comment again on how hardworking and friendly the staff and chefs are. It was not nice seeing them treated in this way”.

“I should also add the manager apologised for the co owners behaviour and said our meal was on the house. However he had nothing to apologise for, there was only 1 person behaving unprofessional and it wasn’t him. We left actually feeling quite shook up and very concerned for the staff, the evening was definitely ruined”.
