Dan ties for the top spot with Germany’s Fabien Hambüchen, as both gymnasts battled it out over the World Cups series of events that has taken in stops in Stuttgart, Glasgow and America. Dan’s consistent performances over these events which saw him take bronze in both Stuttgart and America and silver in Glasgow combined to see him top the rankings for the second time after also being crowned World Cup champion in 2011. In Tokyo Dan scored 87.398 to place in 5th with Britain’s Sam Oldham in 7th scoring 86.565, the event was won by Japan’s Olympic champion Kohei Uchimura with a massive 92.898 points.
