Southport man put on sex offenders’ register for five years May 24th, 2013 admin Latest News Shares Comments James McNally, aged 52, of Milton Street, Southport, was put on the sexual offenders register for 5 years yesterday (Thursday 23rd May 2013) after admitting filming a woman over her fence while she sunbathed in a bikini. He admitted taking a video on his mobile phone as the woman sunbathed. He was sentenced to a community order with a supervision requirement for 3 years, ordered to pay compensation of £200 and a victim surcharge of £60 plus pay £85 Crown Prosecution Service costs.
