Southport man dies in Lake District accident January 8th, 2013 admin Latest News Shares Comments Southport man dies in Lake District accident A Southport man who died in a fall in the Lake District on Saturday afternoon (5th January 2013) has been named as Stephen Kevin Aindow, aged 47. The body of Mr. Aindow, from Hillside Road, Southport, Merseyside was recovered on Saturday. He fell while walking with a group on Crinkle Crags between Shelter Crag and Gunson Knott. Members of Kendal and Langdale Ambleside Mountain Rescue Teams and the police were called out and air support was provided by RAF Valley.
